Copycat Chocolate Caramel Ghirardelli Squares

- 16 oz. Ghirardelli chocolate chips
- 8 oz. caramel squares
Melt half of the chocolate and freeze it for one hour. Melt the caramel in a saucepan and pour it over the chocolate. Freeze the chocolate and caramel again. Melt the remaining chocolate and pour it over the chilled chocolate and caramel. Freeze the bars for one hour and serve.
