However, with little effort and time, you can make Copycat Cinnabon Cinnamon Stix at home, too. The following copycat recipe will prepare 12 servings and will take one hour of prep and cooking time.

  • Ground cinnamon- 3 tbsp
  • Granulated sugar- ½ cups
  • Dry yeast- ¼ tsp
  • Melted butter- 1 cup
  • Warm milk- 1 cup
  • All-purpose flour- 2 cups
  • 2 eggs

Mix milk, eggs, butter, sugar, and salt in a large bowl. Beat and stir well. Add cinnamon and some more sugar to the mixture. Knead the mixture till it turns to stiff dough. Take a greased bowl and transfer the dough there and let it rise for one hour. Roll the dough into a rectangle and cut into 10-12 slices. Roll the slices. Take a 13x9 pan and glaze the bottom with melted butter. Transfer the rolls or the sticks and bake at 350F for 30 minutes.
