  • 4 C. beef broth
  • 1 T. onion soup mix
  • 3 lb. beef blade roast
  • 6 sandwich buns of choice, toasted
  • 1/4 C. pickle chips
  • 4 T. mayonnaise
  • 2 large tomatoes, sliced
  • 6 leaves lettuce of choice

Combine broth, soup mix, and beef into your crock pot. Cover and cook on low for eight hours. Remove and thinly slice the beef. Spread the mayonnaise evenly onto each sandwich bun followed by a layer of pickles. Distribute beef to the sandwiches and top with the tomato slices and lettuce. Cover with remaining buns and serve.
