Copycat Dairy Queen Ice Cream Cake

Ingredients
- 1 cup low-fat chocolate ice cream
- 1 cup low-fat vanilla ice cream
- 2 tbsp. powdered sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- ¾ cup whipping cream
- ½ cup sprinkles
- 1 pkg. Kit-Kat
- 1 cup Whipped Cream

Directions
In a small cake pan, layer some of the vanilla ice cream and flatten. Let in freeze for about 1 hour or until firm. After vanilla ice cream has firmed, layer chocolate on top and flatten. Let it freeze again for about 1 hour or until firm. In a large bowl, combine ¾ cup whipped cream, whipping cream, and vanilla extract. Stir until the mixture become firm enough to spread. Remove cake from the cake pan and spread whipped cream mixture around cake. Freeze for about 1 more hour. Remove and top with Kit-Kat, if preferred.
