  • 2 (5 oz.) cans water-packed solid white tuna, drained
  • 1 celery stalk, shopped
  • ¼ English cucumber, peeled and chopped
  • ¼ small red onion, finely chopped
  • 2 T. olive oil
  • 1 T. fresh lemon juice
  • 1 T. whole grain mustard
  • 1 T. fresh chives, finely chopped
  • 1 T. fresh dill, finely chopped
  • ¼ tsp. celery salt
  • ½ C. mayonnaise, divided
  • salt
  • black pepper
  • hot sauce
  • 8 slices white bread
  • Romaine lettuce leaves
  • dill pickle slices
  • tomato slices

Preheat oven to 425°F. Mix tuna, celery, cucumber, onion, oil, lemon juice, mustard, chives, dill, celery salt, and ¼ C. mayonnaise in a medium bowl. Season with salt, pepper, and hot sauce. Place bread on a baking sheet and spread remaining mayonnaise over 4 slices. Bake for 4 minutes. Top with lettuce, tomatoes, and pickles.
