Copycat Golden Corral London Broil
Serving Size / Yield
- London broil, 2 lbs
- Fresh minced parsley, 1/2 cup
- Crushed and dried rosemary, 1 tsp
- Dry red wine, 2 cups
- Portobello mushrooms, sliced, 1 lb
- Beef broth, 2 cups
- Minced shallots, 2 tbsp
- 3 cloves garlic
- Diced tomatoes, 1 cup
Secure in a zip-lock plastic bag London broil with garlic, rosemary, parsley, wine, mushrooms, and shallots.
Marinate the beef for one hour in a refrigerator. Afterwards, remove the steak from marinade and let it cool at room temperature for some moment.
Take a large skillet and cook the steak over medium heat. Cook for about 3-4 minutes for each side.
Remove the steak from the skillet and pour in the reserved marinade along with the tomatoes and the beef broth. Cook the mixture in low heat for 20 mins and until the broth becomes juicy and thick.
Slice the steaks to your liking and serve topped with the sauce and you are going to find little difference from the London broil you enjoy at Golden Corral.
