  • 1 lb. chicken
  • 1 tsp. Dried thyme
  • 1 tsp. Garlic powder
  • 1 tsp. Paprika
  • ½ tsp. Cayenne
  • ½ tsp. Pepper
  • 1 tsp. Salt
  • ⅓ C. all-purpose flour
  • 1 egg
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • Butter for cooking

In a bowl, combine the flour and all of the spices. In another bowl, whisk the egg and lemon juice together. Heat a skillet on medium-high and oil it with butter. Place the chicken in the egg and then coat it with the flour. Pan fry the meat with a top over it so the chicken cooks through. Cook for about 5 minutes on each side.
