Copycat IHOP Pancakes, Sausage, and Eggs

- 1 1/4 cups buttermilk
- 1 1/4 cups all purpose flour
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup cooking oil
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
- pinch of salt
- Sunny Side Up Eggs
- Olive Oil
- Melted Butter
- 2 Eggs
- Sausage Links
Blend all the pancake ingredients together in a bowl or use a mixer.
Heat a skillet to medium heat an add oil.
Pour in a third of the pancake batter. Flip pancake over when the bottom is golden brown.
Continue this process until all the batter is used up.
Place the pancakes in the oven or microwave to keep warm.
Cook sausage links in this time and start making eggs.
Wipe the pancake skillet down and set back on the stove.
Heat on medium and add oil to coat the pan.
Once hot, break two eggs over the pan.
Turn heat to low and let cook.
When the whites are firm, brush butter over them for flavor.
Cook the eggs until they reach the desired consistency.
