Ingredients

  • 1 roll of refrigerated pie crust
  • ¾ C. dark brown sugar
  • ½ C. granulated sugar
  • 1 C. corn syrup
  • 1 C. chopped pecans
  • ⅓ C. butter, melted
  • ¾ tsp. vanilla extract
  • 3 eggs beaten

Directions

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. In a large bowl, stir all of the ingredient together except for the pecans and the dough. Fold in the pecans. Cut the dough into small circles to line in a greased muffin pan. Fill the inside with the filling and bake for 25 minutes.
