  • 1 pkg. elbow macaroni
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 1/4 tsp. minced garlic
  • 2 cans chicken broth
  • 1 jar cheese sauce
  • 2 Tbs. chicken bouillon granules
  • 1 tsp. ground black pepper
  • Crushed red pepper flakes, to taste

Follow cooking instructions for elbow macaroni. When finished, drain and set aside.

Cook the onion until translucent, about 5 minutes. Stir in the garlic and cook until the garlic is softened, about 2 more minutes.

Mix in chicken broth, cheese sauce, chicken bouillon granules,black pepper, crushed red pepper flakes and cooked macaroni. Bring to a boil and reduce heat to a simmer. Cook until the flavors have blended, about 5 minutes.

Serve warm.
