  • 2 tbsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tbsp. soy sauce
  • ½ tsp minced ginger
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 5 tsp honey
  • 1 tbsp white wine vinegar
  • 4 chicken breasts cut into 2-inch strips
  • 10 wooden skewers

Soak the wooden skewers in a large bowl of water for at least 20 minutes, and preheat your grill.
In a medium bowl, mix the garlic powder, salt, soy sauce, ginger, lemon juice, honey and white wine vinegar until well blended. Pour ¾ of the mixture into a large sealable plastic bag and add the chicken, reserving ¼ of the marinade. Let the chicken marinade in the plastic bag for at 30 minutes.
After marinating, thread the chicken onto the skewers and grill the skewers for 10-15 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through. With a brush, brush the remaining marinate on the chicken and serve.
