Copycat Mint Chocolate Mars Bar

- 16 oz. chocolate candy coating
- 7 oz. marshmallow creme
- 1 tsp. Peppermint extract
- 2-3 drops food coloring
Melt half of the chocolate coating in a saucepan. Stir in the marshmallow fluff and peppermint. Pour the mixture into a pan and freeze it for 1 hour. Cut the chocolate into bars and replace them in the freezer. Melt the remaining chocolate and dip the bars in it. Chill the bars until you’re ready to eat them.
