If you got to New Orleans, you must get crawfish - it’s one of the state’s delicacies. The best way to eat them is in a seafood boil of some sort. But, if you’re looking for great flavor without all the potatoes and corn, try this spicy recipe and enjoy!

  • 15 lb. crawfish
  • ¾ C. old bay seasoning
  • ¼ C. hot sauce

Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add in the seasonings and let it boil five more minutes. Thoroughly wash the crawfish and add them to the boiling water. Cover the pot with a lid and let it boil for 2 minutes. Lower to the lowest heat and let the fish soak for another 15 minutes.
