Copycat Nola Cochon King Crawfish

- 15 lb. crawfish
- ¾ C. old bay seasoning
- ¼ C. hot sauce
Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add in the seasonings and let it boil five more minutes. Thoroughly wash the crawfish and add them to the boiling water. Cover the pot with a lid and let it boil for 2 minutes. Lower to the lowest heat and let the fish soak for another 15 minutes.
