  • 2 fresh avocados
  • 1 lime wedge
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 2 Tbs. tomato, diced
  • 1 1/2 Tbs. fresh jalapeno peppers, diced
  • 1 Tbs. red onion, diced fine
  • 1 tsp. cilantro, chopped

Mix all ingredients together and stir well.

  • Wow, wow, wow. This will be my go to recipe for Guacamole from now on. I used the frozen Dorot cubes: 1 chile and 1 parsley, since I ran out of cilantro and it still tasted awesome. Can't wait to try it with cilantro next time. Thanks for this awesome recipe. Definitely a keeper. DELISH
