This bright lemon-chicken dinner can be found at most Southern restaurants. It has a great crunch from the butter and the acidity if the lemon.

  • 1 lb. chicken drumsticks
  • 1 C. fresh lemon juice
  • 3 Tbs. flour
  • 1 tsp. Salt
  • ½ tsp. Pepper
  • ¼ tsp. Cayenne pepper
  • 2 fresh sprigs of rosemary
  • 4 Tbs. butter

Heat a skillet on medium-high with the butter and rosemary. Combine the rest of the ingredients except the rosemary. Coat the chicken with the mixture. Pan fry the chicken, making sure to baste with butter and rosemary. Fry for about 5 minutes in each side until the chicken is cooked through.
