Copycat Panda Express Chow Mein With Chicken

Ingredients
- 1/4 C. soy sauce
- 1 Tbs. brown sugar, packed
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tsp. ginger, grated
- 1/4 tsp. white pepper, ground
- 2 (5 oz.) packages refrigerated Yaki-Soba
- 2 Tbs. vegetable oil
- 1 onion, diced
- 3 stalks celery, sliced
- 2 C. cabbage, shredded
- 1/2 lb. chicken, chopped and cooked

Directions
Mix soy sauce, brown sugar, ginger, and pepper in a small bowl. Set aside. In a large pot, boil water and add Yaki-Soba. Loosen for about 1-2 minutes and drain. Heat vegetable oil in a large saucepan over medium heat. Add onion and celery. Cook until onions are tender for about 3 minutes. Place cabbage and heat for 1-2 minutes. Turn off heat. Add soy sauce mixture to Yaki-Soba and chicken. Mix well before serving.
