  • 7 C. potatoes
  • 1/3 C. olive oil
  • 2 T. garlic powder
  • 2 T. Italian seasoning
  • 1 T. paprika
  • 1 tsp. pepper
  • Salt

To start off, wash the potatoes. Slice them into potatoes wedges. Place them into a crockpot. Drizzle in the olive oil. Let them cook on high for 3 hours or until they become soft. Meanwhile, combine all of the dry ingredients. Once the potatoes are cooked, transfer the potatoes onto a baking sheet. Sprinkle the dried mixture evenly. Let them bake for 10 minutes at 450 degrees. Remove from oven and enjoy.
