- 3 eggs, lightly beaten with 1/3 cup water

- 1/2 onion, chopped into rings
- Honey Mustard, for flavor
- 4 slices Swiss cheese

In a second bowl, mixes together eggs and water, and in the third bowl, add bread crumbs. To bread chicken breasts, first roll them in the flour mix, dip them in the egg mix and shake off excess moisture, then coat the chicken breast thickly with crumbs, pressing them into the flesh.
Heat an ounce or so of olive oil in a frying pan on medium high, then cooks the breasts for 4 minutes on each side.
