  • 2 jars spaghetti sauce
  • 2 lb. ground beef
  • 2 large eggs
  • 3⁄4 C. dry breadcrumbs
  • 1⁄4 C. fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1⁄2 tsp. salt
  • 1⁄4 C. parmesan cheese
  • 1 lb. spaghetti noodles

Boil the spaghetti until al dente and set aside. Meanwhile, place the sauce in a large pot and simmer over medium. Mix the beef, eggs, crumbs, parsley, garlic, salt, pepper, and parmesan together in a large bowl. Shape the mixture into about 15 large meatballs. Place the meat into the simmering sauce and wait until the sauce returns to a simmer. Cover and cook for 30 minutes until the meat is cooked through. Serve the sauce and meatballs over warm spaghetti and top with extra parsley.
