  • 1 tablespoon unsalted butter, softened
  • 2 slices english muffin
  • 1 slice ham
  • 1 large egg
  • Pinch of salt
  • Pinch of ground black pepper
  • Cheddar Cheese Flakes

Spread some butter onto the open sides of each english muffin slice

Places the muffin slices face down on a skillet heated at medium. Add the remaining butter to one side of the pan, and place the ham and egg on that side.

Season the egg with salt and pepper, then puncture the egg yolk so that it runs. Cook the egg and ham for a minute, flipping them halfway through.

Remove all the ingredients, top the ham and egg with cheese, then place between the muffin slices to make an egg sandwich.
