Copycat Taco Bell’s Black Beans And Rice

Ingredients
- The juice from 2 limes
- 1 tsp. minced garlic
- 2 Lg. Tomatoes diced finely
- ½ tsp. thyme
- ½ tsp. rosemary
- ½ tsp. Chile powder
- ¼ tsp. cayenne pepper
- ½ C. olive oil
- 2-3 C. brown rice
- ½ C. black beans
Directions
Cook beans and rice according to package directions, drain and combine in a large bowl. Add the rest of ingredients to bowl and stir well. Serve warm.
