This corn and bean salsa will add a kick to any party!

  • 1/3 C. olive oil
  • 3 Tbs. Frank's® RedHot® Original Cayenne Pepper Sauce
  • 3 Tbs. red wine vinegar
  • 2 Tbs. minced fresh cilantro leaves
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/2 tsp. chili powder
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1 9-oz. pkg. frozen corn, thawed and drained
  • 1 16-oz.can black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 lg. ripe tomato, chopped
  • 2 green onions, thinly sliced

Whisk together oil, Frank's RedHot Sauce, vinegar, cilantro, garlic, chili powder and salt in large bowl until blended. Add corn, beans, tomato and onions; toss well to coat evenly. Cover and refrigerate 30 minutes before serving. Serve with grilled steak or hamburgers.
