Corn and Bean Salsa
Ingredients
- 1/3 C. olive oil
- 3 Tbs. Frank's® RedHot® Original Cayenne Pepper Sauce
- 3 Tbs. red wine vinegar
- 2 Tbs. minced fresh cilantro leaves
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp. chili powder
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 9-oz. pkg. frozen corn, thawed and drained
- 1 16-oz.can black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 lg. ripe tomato, chopped
- 2 green onions, thinly sliced
Directions
Whisk together oil, Frank's RedHot Sauce, vinegar, cilantro, garlic, chili powder and salt in large bowl until blended. Add corn, beans, tomato and onions; toss well to coat evenly. Cover and refrigerate 30 minutes before serving. Serve with grilled steak or hamburgers.
