Corn and Onion Casserole
Ingredients
- 1 3 1/2 oz. can French fried onions
- 1/2 C. chopped green pepper
- 1 tsp. butter or margarine
- 1 16 oz. can cream style corn
- 2 tsp. chopped pimiento
- 1 egg, slightly beaten
Directions
Crush half the onions. Sauté green pepper in butter until soft. Add corn, pimiento, egg and crushed onions. Pour into a 1 1/2 quart casserole dish. Bake in 350 degree oven for 25 minutes or until firm. Sprinkle remaining onions on top and bake 5 minutes longer.
