Ingredients
- 3/4 C. yellow corn meal
- 1/4 C. flour
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. sugar
- 1 egg, lightly beaten
- 3/4 C. buttermilk
- 1/4 tsp. baking soda
Directions
Mix baking soda and buttermilk. Mix in the rest of the ingredients and then pour into heated, greased, muffin pans or skillet. Bake at 425 degrees for 25 minutes.
