Corn Bread Casserole

Kernels of corn, garlic powder and paprika made this corn bread a meal in itself.

Ingredients

  • 1 can whole kernel corn (drained)
  • 1 can cream styled corn
  • 1 8 1/2 oz. pkg. cornbread muffin mix
  • 1 egg
  • 2 Tbs. butter or margarine
  • 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp. paprika

Directions

In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients. Pour into a greased 11x7x2-inch baking dish. Bake uncovered at 400 degrees for 25-30 minutes or until top and sides are golden brown.
