Corn Casserole
Ingredients
- 1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix
- 1 15 1/4-oz. can whole kernel corn
- 1 14 3/4-oz. can cream-style corn
- 1 C. sour cream
- 1 stick butter, melted
- 1 1/2 C. shredded cheddar cheese
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a large bowl, mix corn muffin mix, both cans of corn, sour cream, melted butter and jalapenos (if desired). Bake for 45-50 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from oven. Top with cheddar cheese and return to oven for 5 minutes or until cheese has melted. Let stand for 5 minutes to let cool. Serve.
