Corn Casserole
Ingredients
- 1 lg. can creamed corn
- 1 lg. can drained whole kernel corn
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/2 C. margarine, melted
- 1 C. sour cream
- 1 box Jiffy corn meal
- 4 Tbs. onions, finely chopped (optional)
Directions
Mix all ingredients together and pour into 8x10-inch baking pan. Bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
