Corn Casserole
Ingredients
- 1 box Jiffy cornbread mix
- 1 egg
- 8 oz. sour cream
- 1 can cream corn
- 1 can whole kernal corn with juice
- 1 stick butter, melted
Directions
Mix all ingredients in bowl, pour into a lightly greased casserole dish. BakeĀ at 400 degreesĀ for 45 minutes. Casserole will be brown on top and set.
