Ingredients

  • 1 broiler-fryer chicken, cut into serving pieces
  • 4 C. corn flakes, crushed or 1 C. corn flake crumbs
  • 1 tsp. Accent (MSG)
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 C. evaporated milk
  • heavy duty aluminum foil
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper

Directions

Combine corn flake crumbs with Accent, salt and pepper. Dip chicken pieces into evaporated milk, then roll in seasoned corn flake crumbs. Line a shallow baking pan with heavy duty aluminum foil. Place chicken pieces, skin side up into pan, do not crowd. Bake in moderate 250-degree oven for about one hour or until tender. If less crisp is desired, lay a piece of aluminum foil lightly over the chicken.
