Corn Dog Muffins

This is an interesting way of serving a new type of mini corn dog to your children. Try it this way and make it into a muffin.

Ingredients

  • 2 pkg. of Jiffy Corn Bread Muffin Mix
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 beef franks, uncooked
  • 1 13.25-oz. can creamed corn
  • Non-stick cooking spray

Directions

Slice the hot dogs into 4-6 strips, then cut into cubes. Pour dry corn muffin mixes into a mixing bowl. Add cubed hot dogs and turn with a mixing spoon to coat all pieces of hot dog. Add both eggs and mix well. Then add the can of cream-style corn and mix well. Spray muffin pan with spray and pour in batter. Bake at 400 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
