Corn Fritters

Ingredients
- 1 C. + 2 Tbs. flour
- 1/2 C. milk
- 1/2 C. water
- 2 eggs
- 1 1/2 C. corn
- 1/4 C. oil
Directions
Combine the flour, milk, water and eggs to make a batter, then add seasoning to taste. Mix in the corn. Heat oil in a skillet and drop 3-4 spoonfuls of the corn mixture at a time to form small fritters. Cook for 1 minute on each side until golden.
