My husband's mother made this recipe often, my husband likes it especially because it's easy to eat. Also a favorite of my kids.

Ingredients

  • 1 can cream-style corn
  • 16 saltine crackers
  • 1 beaten egg
  • 1/4 tsp. butter flavoring
  • dash of pepper
  • 1/2 C. milk

Directions

Mix all together and place in buttered or Pam-sprayed casserole dish. Bake 45 minutes in 320 degree oven.
