Corn Pudding

This recipe calls for whole corn and creamed corn with added jiffy corn bread mix. It is delicious.

Ingredients

  • 16 oz. whole corn
  • 16 oz. cream corn
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 C. melted butter
  • 1 pkg. Jiffy Corn Bread
  • 1 8 oz. sour cream

Directions

Melt butter. Add corn, beaten eggs and Jiffy Corn Bread mix. Mix well. Fold in sour cream. Bake 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes.
