Corn Pudding
Ingredients
- 16 oz. whole corn
- 16 oz. cream corn
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 C. melted butter
- 1 pkg. Jiffy Corn Bread
- 1 8 oz. sour cream
Directions
Melt butter. Add corn, beaten eggs and Jiffy Corn Bread mix. Mix well. Fold in sour cream. Bake 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes.
