Corn pudding is a creamy side dish that goes great with a meat loaf dinner. You can also try serving it as a starter to any comfort food meal.

Ingredients

  • 4 eggs
  • 2 Tbs. flour
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 C. sugar
  • 1 1/2 C. milk
  • 1/2 stick butter, thinly sliced
  • 1 can corn, drained

Directions

Beat eggs, then mix in flour and sugar. Add in milk, vanilla and butter. Combine mixture with corn and bake in a casserole dish for 50 minutes at 350 degrees.
