Corn Souffle

This recipe is easy and so simple; great for big meals like Thanksgiving coming up. Tastes mm good, it looks too good to eat sometimes with its bright yellow texture.

Ingredients

  • 1 can corn, drained
  • 1 can creamed corn
  • 1 box Jiffy mix
  • 8 oz. sour cream
  • 2 eggs
  • Pam spray
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Mix canned and creamed corn with Jiffy mix, sour cream and eggs. Spray Pam into a glass baking dish. Pour ingredients into dish and salt and pepper to taste. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. If knife comes out clean, then it's ready.
