A quick and easy recipe that will be sure to please a crowd.

Ingredients

  • 1 can whole corn, undrained
  • 1 can cream style corn
  • 1 box corn muffin mix
  • 1 egg
  • 1 C. shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 C. sour cream
  • 1 stick of butter, chunked

Directions

Mix all ingredients in a 2 quart greased casserole dish. Bake at 375 degreesĀ for 60 minutes.
