Corned Beef and White Cheddar Sliders

- 8 oz. Deli-Style Sliced Corned Beef
- 1/2 C. Shredded White Cheddar Cheese
- 8 Mini Soft Pretzel Buns, sliced for sandwiches
- 2 Tbs. Dijon Mustard
- 8 Dill Pickles, hamburger slices
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly grease an 8x8" baking dish with nonstick cooking spray. Place 8 equally-sized mounds of corned beef into the dish, and sprinkle with shredded cheese. Cover dish loosely with foil and bake for 15 minutes, or until corned beef is warm and cheese has melted. Spread a dab of mustard across the bottom half of each rolls. Top each bottom half with the warm corned beef and cheese, and a pickle slice. Place top halves of rolls onto sandwiches and serve warm.
