Salty slices of corned beef topped with melted cheese and pickles are sandwiched between two buns in this easy-to-make Irish version of a slider. While we suggest using miniature pretzel buns, you can substitute with buns made from your favorite kind of bread.

Cover dish loosely with foil and bake for 15 minutes, or until corned beef is warm and cheese has melted. Spread a dab of mustard across the bottom half of each rolls. Top each bottom half with the warm corned beef and cheese, and a pickle slice. Place top halves of rolls onto sandwiches and serve warm.
