Thin-sliced born beef is served with Swiss cheese, mustard, and vinaigrette cole slaw on whole-wheat bread.

  • 4 slices whole wheat bread, toasted
  • 8 tsp. spicy brown mustard
  • 8 oz. thinly sliced deli corned beef
  • 1/2 pint vinaigrette deli cole slaw
  • 4 slices swiss cheese

Heat oven to 350°F. Spread each slice of bread with 2 tsp. mustard.

To assemble each sandwich, layer 1 slice bread, 2 slices corned beef, 14 C. cole slaw and 1 slice cheese. Place sandwiches on ungreased baking sheet. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes or until cheese is melted. Serve warm.
