Corned Beef Spread

Ingredients
- 1 (12 oz.) can corned beef
- 1/4 C. sweet pickle relish
- 1/4 C. horseradish
- 1/4 C. chopped onion
- 1 med. stalk celery, finely diced
- 1 boiled egg, finely chopped
- mayonnaise (just enough for consistency)
Directions
Combine corned beef, pickle relish, horseradish, mayonnaise, onion, celery, and egg. Refrigerate. Once cold its ready to serve with your favorite crackers.
