  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 container cottage cheese
  • 1 can evaporated milk
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 cup blueberries

Mix the flour and egg and a pinch of salt in a bowl. Add the milk gradually until the dough is elastic. On a slightly floured surface, roll out the dough. Cut the dough into 3-inch circles. Place a teaspoon of cottage cheese and a few blueberries on one circle and fold over the dough. Press the edges of the dumpling firmly. Repeat with the remaining circles of dough. In a skillet over low heat, melt the butter and fry the dumplings until they are browned. Add the milk and simmer for one hour.
