Country Chicken Skillet

Flavored with Knorr soup and dip mix, this creamy chicken dish is quite easy.

Ingredients

  • 2 Tbs. margarine
  • 6 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves (about 1 1/2 lbs.)
  • 1 C. water
  • 1 pkg. Knorr Recipe Classics Vegetable soup, dip and recipe mix
  • 1/2 C. sour cream

Directions

In a 12" skillet melt margarine over medium-high heat and brown chicken, turning occasionally, for 5 minutes. Combine water and soup mix; stir into the skillet. Bring to a boil over high heat. Reduce heat to low and simmer covered; stirring occasionally, 10 minutes or until chicken is thoroughly cooked. Remove chicken from heat; stir in sour cream. Spoon sauce over chicken.

Yield: 6 servings
