Country Corn Bread
Ingredients
- 2/3 C. cornmeal
- 1/4 C. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 C. buttermilk
- 2 eggs
- 1 C. flour
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. soda
- 1/4 C. melted butter
Directions
Mix all the ingredients above with a mixer. Mix well. Bake in a 450-degree oven for 25 minutes in a greased 9x13-inch baking pan.Â
