Country Greek Salad

Ingredients
- 3-4 tomatoes
- 2 med. cucumbers, peeled and thinly sliced
- 1 lettuce, finely cut
- 1 onion, thinly sliced
- feta cheese
- 1 green pepper, thinly sliced
- 2-3 Tbs. vinegar
- 3-4 Tbs. olive oil
- black olives
- salt
- oregano
- anchovies
Directions
Wash all vegetables well. In a bowl, slice the tomatoes in thin quarters. Add cucumbers, lettuce, onion, oregano, green pepper and olives. Dress the salad with olive oil, salt and vinegar. Mix gently. Add broken feta cheese chunks on top. Lay anchovies on top.
