Country Mashed Potatoes
Ingredients
- 2-3 lg. potatoes, cubed, unpeeled
- 1 container garlic spread
- 1/2 C. sour cream more if needed
- salt and pepper to taste
- Optional:
- Tabasco sauce to taste
- bacon bits to taste
- green food coloring (for St. Patrick's Day)
Directions
Cube potatoes and boil until tender. Use potato masher to mash potatoes. Add garlic spread, sour cream, salt, and pepper. Stir until thoroughly mixed. Add more salt and pepper to taste.
