This rib recipe is always a family favorite! You can even make the sauce the night before for easier preparation the next day.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lbs. boneless country-style pork ribs
  • 1 med. onion, sliced
  • 2 C. tomato juice
  • 1/2 C. packed brown sugar
  • 1/4 C. cider vinegar
  • 1/4 C. ketchup
  • 2 Tbs. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp. ground mustard
  • 1/4 tsp. chili powder

Directions

Place ribs and onion in a 3-qt. slow cooker. In a small bowl, combine the remaining ingredients. Pour over ribs. Cover and cook on low for 5 1/2 to 6 hours or until a meat thermometer reads 160 degrees.
