This comforting, old-fashioned stew features turkey, rice, and corn.

  • 2 bags SUCCESS Brown Rice
  • 1 lb. ground turkey
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 2 cans (14 1/2 oz. ea.) tomatoes, cut up, undrained
  • 1 tsp. pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. dried basil leaves, crushed
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 can (16 oz.) whole kernel corn, drained

Prepare rice according to package directions. Brown ground turkey with onion in large skillet, stirring occasionally to separate turkey. Add tomatoes, pepper, basil, and garlic powder; simmer 20 minutes, stirring occasionally. Stir in rice and corn; heat thoroughly, stirring occasionally. Garnish, if desired.
