  • 1 pkg. country gravy mix
  • 1 C. cheddar cheese
  • 6 eggs
  • 1/2 C. milk
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 can buttermilk biscuits

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. and grease a 9x13 baking dish. Cut the biscuits into 1-in. pieces. Lay them in the bottom of the pan. In a skillet, brown the sausage. Chop the sausage and scatter it over the biscuits. Sprinkle with cheese. In a bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk. Season with salt and pepper to taste and pour the egg mixture over the biscuits and sausage. Prepare the gravy according to package directions. Pour it over the pan. Bake for 30 to 45 minutes and serve hot.
