Country Style Breakfast Casserole

- 1 pound bacon
- 1 loaf bread of your choice
- 1 C. mozzarella cheese (shredded)
- 1 C. cheddar cheese (shredded)
- 8 eggs
- 1 C. milk
Preheat oven to 350 F.
Drizzle olive oil in skillet over medium heat. Cook bacon until crispy. Slice bread into 1-inch thick slices.
Grease high-sided 9-inch baking dish and arrange bread so that it completely covers the bottom of the dish. Spread bacon over the bread. Sprinkle the different cheeses evenly over bread and bread.
In a large bowl, beat eggs and milk until mixed thoroughly.
Pour egg mixture over the ingredients in the pan.
Bake for 35 minutes.
Once the casserole is finished cooking, let cool.
