Couscous Supreme

Ingredients
- one 5.7-oz. box herbed chicken couscous
- 1 red bell pepper, julienned
- 1 green bell pepper, julienned
- 2 sm. yellow squash, sliced
- one 16-oz. pkg. frozen mixed vegetables, thawed
- one 10-oz. can French onion soup
- 1/4 C. butter, melted
- 1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
Directions
In a slow cooker sprayed with vegetable cooking spray, combine all ingredients plus 1 1/2 cups water. Mix well. Cover and cook on low for 2-4 hours.
