  • 2 C. coarsely crumbled dry meringue shells
  • 1 C. heavy cream, whipped
  • 1/4 C. granulated sugar
  • 1/8 tsp. salt
  • 1 egg white, beaten stiff
  • 1/4 C. green crème de menthe

Fold ingredients together gently until just blended. Turn into suitable container and cover with foil. Freeze until firm.
